Something inspired by a cover José Gonzalez sang, Heartbeat by The Knife. I do love both Filous & Mount Remix and the original one but I think I prefer the original more which is more acoustic. (Still working on my psychology report, just need to escape for awhile.)Loud music in a crowded bar, I see no one but you. Pretty faces and unknown names, we were attracted. Our minds swirled- couldn't walk straight and couldn't think straight. Thought we were fine, thought we were perfect. Hungry for your scent, hungry for your love. So in love, promises were made to stay forever. Two different heartbeats, raced to the climax and slowed to match one another's. Mind let loose, words spoken but what is truth and what is under influence? One perfect night, blurred by too many drinks. One sweet love, formed unintentionally. Was it a mistake, I'm confused. We were in love and now I'm still in love. Two strangers whose paths crossed. One sweet love in one perfect night, two became one. Sweet dreams in the night but heated argument in daylight.
