FLAWED LOOKING FOR PERFECTION.

It has been a great day so far! Blue sky, white fluffy clouds and golden Sun, it's a blessed day in the current raining season. Flawed looking for perfection. What more do I need to say? In this real world, what's perfect? Who's perfect? Nothing is and nobody is. But why do we still look for perfection? We always choose the best despite everything displayed on the shelf is similar, sometimes they are even identical. We pick the pen that look the newest, we like that doll whose smile seems the widest and we buy the neatest shirt despite all of them being the same. I'm sure we are guilty of it. Taking the inner stocks even though they are all the same with the same expiry dates. Why do we do this? First of all, "First in, First out." we want the latest, the newest and the freshest. Secondly, the inner the stocks, the lesser fingerprints are left on it because not many touched it. We, the human race, are constantly looking for perfection. We cannot accept any bends, scratches or any form of defects even though we know 6 months later, we'll totally screw up the thing leaving is full of scratches, full of defects. In my opinion, the biggest issue here is how we choose human. We are flawed but we want others to be perfect. Why did we change? When we were young, we accept anyone and everyone for who they are but when we get older, we start rejecting flawed people. The wiser we are the more we judge, the more we stereotype and the more we discriminate...... I think it's pathetic. We all have flaws and we know it but when we see some traits we dislike in people, we dislike them almost instantly. If our flaws can we accepted by others why can't we accept other people's flaw? Based on amirite , 89% of the people agree that people don't practice what they preach. We talk about equality, we talk about fair treatments, we talk about accepting people just the way they are, we talk......, we talk......, all we did was, we talked about it. Who actually practiced it? Maybe the remaining 11%. Talk is cheap. We are able to think logically but unable to act logically. Our brain says yes but our heart says no. We need people to start practicing what they preach. After all, actions speaks louder than words. I have to admit sometimes I do have issues accepting people the way they are mainly because I'm a perfectionist. But that is rarely. The only time it happened is when it comes to the people I date; I unconsciously have a higher expectation of them. It might seem like a problem but to me, I don't think it is. We can still be friends in a perfectly normal way and someday I will find someone that I love so much that I don't see any flaws in them. It happened once and I believe it will happen again. I no longer know if I make any sense right now. I hope I do. (cross fingers) All in all, accepting flaws and defects is a skill that not many possess. One day if I end up with a puzzle with a missing piece, I'll still frame it up because it shouts, "Nothing is perfect and I'm still beautiful." or "Perfection in imperfection." Please accept everyone the way they are, regardless of race, gender or nationality.
