.jpg) No one is a saint in this world. We all crave for more and more and more. There are things we hate to share. And at some point of time of life, we all lie. Cravings, need satisfaction. We will always want more. More money, more love, more food, more freedom, more time.... You earn $6/h, you wish you are earning $8/h when some people out there don't even have a job. You get bread, you wish for steak when there are people actually starving. Freedom, we all wanted more when some people have none. You get 24 hours a day, those lay underground have none.... You get a hug, you want a kiss and when you get a kiss, you wanted more. Will we ever say it's too much? Too much of everything? We all have too much of one thing but that one thing, some people long for it and have none. Greedy. Are you? For something? I am greedy for love and attention. I can never get enough of it. Having someone that loved me deeply, I wanted more and maybe that was how I lost it all. I lose what I love. Once I love, I want more. Will we ever change? I doubt it. Working just to earn a living? Not quite true, we want to be as rich as we can and live luxuriously. QWERTY keypad phone to touchscreen phone, desktop to laptop to tablet? We wanted more. More user friendly, more portable, more efficient and more appealing. We can never be satisfied. Never. It's always too small, too big, too ugly, too.... Never perfect in our eyes, we tend to pick out the flaws in everything. We are all selfish. Yes we all are. I am. You are. There is something we all hate to share. Phone? Bed? Food? Money? Someone? Well, I hate sharing my limelight and people. What's mine is mine, I like it this way. When it comes to someone I love, I hate sharing. I only want them to myself, I want all their attention and body..... Sharing is never my forte. Food lovers hate to share their food. Clean freak hate to share their saliva. Some hate to share their credits, clothes or even spaces.... What is it that you can't share? There must be something. Because if people are actually selfless, they will be more equality. No poor. More peace. But sadly, no. Countries fight for land. Poor people are still poor. Charity and volunteering, needs to be encouraged. Time and money are what most people hate to share. After all, time is money they go hand in hand. More time means earn more money. But more money doesn't mean more time, so what's the point? Money can buy medicine but not health. Money can buy house but not a home. Money can buy education but not knowledge. Money can buy things to make you happy but not happiness. And how long can that thing make you happy? Ice cream might make you happy now but 10 years later will it still make you happy if you have no one to share it with you? However, I do believe no one is born bad. There is something good in everyone. We are just influenced by our surroundings and changed by the people and things we know. There's still sunlight in lives, pet lovers, volunteers and generous philanthropist. Have a little faith in mankind, maybe? A small act of kindness goes a long way Demons- Imagine Dragons |
